Harvey Nash Group is seeking an experienced IT Service Transition Manager to lead transitions into live operation, with solid ITIL and ServiceNow expertise. The role focuses on service readiness, governance and supplier coordination.

The position entails coordinating internal teams and external vendors to ensure go-live readiness and robust ITSM processes before transition into production. London-based, with 1 day per week onsite requirements.
