We've been serving Midland and the surrounding Georgian Bay communities since 1938, building our reputation on quality products, knowledgeable advice, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Do

- Welcome customers, understand their needs, and help them select the right products.
- Build relationships that encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
- Take ownership of your sales opportunities, following up on quotes and helping customers make confident purchasing decisions.
- Recommend complementary products, accessories, and protection plans that add value to the customer's purchase.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge.




- Work toward individual sales targets while contributing to the success of the entire team.
- Communicate effectively with customers and fellow team members to ensure a positive experience from purchase through delivery.

Previous sales experience is an asset, but appliance industry experience is not required. We're more interested in finding the right person than someone who already knows our products.

Compensation & Schedule

We offer a competitive, performance-based compensation package consisting of a base salary, sales commissions, performance bonuses, and manufacturer incentives.

Your earning potential is directly influenced by your sales performance, initiative, and commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience.

As a retail business, weekend availability is an key part of this position.
