Arctic Wolf is seeking a Qualified Services Engineer 1 to lead and execute complex technical implementations for customer deployments of Arctic Wolf solutions. You will collaborate with Security Services, Product Management, and Customer Success to resolve issues and identify new features.
The role requires strong networking knowledge, CCNA or equivalent, and a proven track record in customer-facing roles. You will work from an office base in Waterloo, Ontario with up to 5% travel as needed.
