About The Job We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Supervisor (NOC 62010) to lead our front-end team at Fresh Market Foods. This is a great opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys a fast-paced retail environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you will supervise cashiers, support daily operations, and help ensure a positive, efficient, and welcoming checkout experience for every customer. Responsibilities
• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer customer questions and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Attending customers in person/over the phone and resolving customer complaints.
• Train and supervise cashiers.
• Co-ordinate and schedule the activities of the cashiers.
• Monitor cashier performance, ensure accuracy, and provide coaching and additional training asneeded.
• Support cashiers in resolving operational and service-related issues.
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise.
• Ensure front-end presentation standards are maintained, including cleanliness, signage, and displays.
• Authorize payments, voids, and merchandise returns as required.
• Make recommendations to management concerning staff and improvement of procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications
• High school diploma preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or retail environment is required.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience in retail is an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication,



and customer service skills.
• Ability to resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays. Language of Work: Proficiency in English required; French is considered an asset.
