215 Garry Street, Winnipeg (Onsite) Duration: Contract We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support complex IT projects through business process analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, and process improvement initiatives. Must-Have
Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Commerce, or equivalent
• 10+ years of Business Analyst experience
• 5+ years in Process Analysis and Re-engineering
• 5+ years in Requirements Gathering, Use Cases, and User Stories
• 5+ years working in Agile environments
• Robust political acumen and critical-thinking skills
• Excellent communication, consulting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
• Ability to translate complex business and technical concepts into clear documentation
Key Responsibilities
• Lead stakeholder workshops and document business requirements
• Analyze current and future-state processes and identify improvements
• Develop business cases, functional specifications, and user stories
• Conduct impact analysis and support testing, quality assurance, and end-user training
• Coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and government organizations
• Support process re-engineering and technology-driven improvements Nice to Have:
• IIBA accreditation
