Markstone Landscaping is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join our snow removal team as a Sidewalk Crew Lead — keeping commercial properties safe, clear, and accessible all season long. Position Overview: As a crew lead, you’ll play a key role in keeping our clients’ commercial properties safe and accessible during and after snow events. This is a physically active, outdoor role ideal for those who take pride in doing important work, even in tough conditions.

Key Responsibilities
• Shovel snow from sidewalks, bus stops, entryways, and other designated areas
• Manage a crew of 2-3 workers
• Spread salt or ice melt as needed for safety
• Respond quickly and efficiently during snow events (early mornings, late evenings, or overnight shifts may be required)
• Work as part of a team to clear properties in a timely and thorough manner
• Maintain tools and equipment, reporting any issues to your supervisor
• Follow safety protocols and wear proper winter gear while on duty Compensation: $30/hr. w/ 20 hours guaranteed Additional Benefits
