The Junior Sales Representative develops relationships with government and commercial prospects across Canada. The role focuses on verifying and nurturing leads, qualifying opportunities, maintaining accurate CRM records, coordinating follow-up, and bringing senior sales team members into opportunities at the right stage. As the representative develops, they will support RFPs and proposals and progressively take ownership of smaller responses.
What You Will Do
Research, verify, and engage assigned government and commercial contacts, building relationships through professional outreach and consistent follow-up.
Qualify opportunities, respond to inbound and trade-show leads, schedule discovery calls and demos, and involve senior sales team members when an chance becomes engaged or qualified.
Maintain complete and accurate records in the Offerio Sales CRM and continue coordinating
