JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Travel within our network of clinics to cover staffing needs (paid travel time and mileage reimbursement)
- Greet patients and other visitors, both over the phone and at the front desk
- Promote the company and the quality of the treatments offered to clients
- Effectively implement the company’s operational procedures
- Inform clients about the services offered and provide them with information on the progress of their treatments or the administrative procedures related to their records
- Schedule and confirm appointments; manage the schedules of various staff members
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic
- Open and file patient records / General filing
- Enter various data into the computer system for patient records
- Bill for and collect
