The Senior District Manager (SDM) is responsible for leading a team of specialized sales professionals. The SDM is focused on talent acquisition of new Specialists, development of retention strategies, performance coaching and managing relationships with our key Branch Banking stakeholders and/or OneTD partnerships.

CUSTOMER

- Lead and coach the Specialized sales team in applying sales management strategies and in the use of systems/tools
- Recruit, select and retain new and existing Specialists
- Develop recent business and build key relationships
