DEPARTMENT OVERVIEW

The HR Governance & Control Team is responsible for providing oversight and challenge to ensure that HR Canada and HR Europe, Asia Pacific (EAP) business partners effectively identify, assess, manage,



and mitigate risks associated with their day-to-day operations, activities, products, and services. The team supports adherence to the organization's risk appetite and ensures alignment with enterprise governance standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.

SUMMARY

As a member of the HR Governance & Control 1B team, this role requires the expertise to assess and validate HR business adherence to enterprise governance standards, regulatory requirements, and related expectations. The successful candidate will possess a robust understanding of business operations, risk management, and control frameworks. They will be highly detail-oriented, committed to delivering accurate work, and able to quickly learn and navigate complex processes.
