Celebrating its 30th anniversary, Proservin is looking to grow its team As an Architectural Technologist, you will play an active role in project design and serve as a key technical resource throughout construction. You will be responsible for organizing and coordinating all the elements required for project design, estimating, and execution. Plan, organize, and coordinate the technical phases of projects. Prepare preliminary drawings and contribute to the development of construction drawings. Conduct regulatory and code compliance analyses for projects. Coordinate with architects, engineers, technologists, and other professionals. Participate in coordination meetings and ensure project deadlines are met. Provide technical support to project managers throughout construction. Oversee the preparation and updating of drawings, specifications, and technical documents. Track revisions and ensure accurate communication of information to all stakeholders. Maintain complete digital and physical documentation throughout each project phase. Ensure compliance with building codes, municipal regulations, and applicable standards. Conduct quality reviews and recommend necessary corrective actions. Contribute to improving the company’s technical standards. Optimize workflows and design processes.
