Live onsite in Cornwall as an Assistant Resident Manager, applying customer service and minor maintenance skills across a residential property.

Realstar seeks a two-person Assistant Resident Manager team to share an apartment and work at one of its properties. The schedule includes four weekdays weekly, every second weekend, and some evening on-call coverage. Responsibilities support residents, prospective tenants, and property operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect rents on a timely basis
- Show and sell suites to prospective tenants
- Clean hallways, stairs, elevators, and common areas
- Complete minor maintenance repairs
- Respond to on-call requests and resident needs

Requirements:

- Two to three years of similar role experience
- Cleaning experience in residential properties
- Minor maintenance skills
- Customer service skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends
