Patient Assessment & Intake: Gather patient health histories, measure vital signs, and perform initial evaluations Administer medications, injections, and immunizations, perform wound care, and assist with minor medical procedures. Triage & Communication: Handle phone and message triage, evaluate urgent patient needs, and act as a liaison between patients and medical providers Documentation & Administration: Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR), manage prescriptions, handle prior authorizations, and complete clinic paperwork
