BoxLunch & Hot Topic is seeking a Seasonal Key Holder to support the store leadership team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will train current recruits, ensure merchandising standards, and help meet sales targets while keeping the store running smoothly during the Manager's absence.
You will use your product knowledge and fandom passion to train teammates, guide daily operations, participate in opening/closing duties, and help drive key performance indicators such as UPT and ADT.
