Key Responsibilities:
• Operate Guest Services desks across the resort
• Sell lift tickets, season passes, and rentals
• Maintain Nordic rental equipment for readiness
• Respond to guest inquiries on multiple platforms
• Process sales accurately using RTP POS system
Requirements:
• Proficient in English with strong communication skills
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Highly developed customer service skills
• Dependable and detail-oriented individual
• Familiarity with local resort and area
