Realstar is seeking an Assistant Resident Manager to live on-site at a Cornwall property in Ontario. The position requires living in office, working four weekdays per week, every second weekend, and on-call some evenings.

You will greet residents, coordinate cleaning and maintenance, process applications and lease renewals, and assist with events. Base compensation is $21,000 CAD plus an apartment suite; benefits and annual bonuses are provided.
