Located within the Dietary Department, this position requires a passionate individual willing to work weekends and holidays. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing breakfast and lunch while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. You'll interact with residents, helping them choose balanced meals, ensuring all food is fresh and properly stored.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare breakfast and lunch according to the menu plan
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
• Lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs




• Assist with unloading groceries and loading dish racks
• Turn in Food Production Sheets at the end of each shift
Requirements:
• Ability to work weekends and holidays
• Experience in food preparation preferred
• Physical capability for frequent lifting and moving
