DIRECTOR, EXPERIENCE – Experience Team. Responsible for the successful delivery of agency projects, from brief to execution, ensuring all client deliverables and project milestones are delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality expected by THE·TEAM and its clients. This role requires an experienced and collaborative leader passionate about sports and entertainment with a keen eye for detail and organization.

Responsibilities

- Understand the strategies, goals & objectives behind each client’s business and the industry landscape.
- Oversee and analyze ongoing sponsorship and market trends within sports, entertainment and lifestyle.
- Research and translate key insights and learnings into strategic recommendations for clients.
- Build innovative insight‑driven strategic pitch decks and creative plans to meet and exceed client objectives.
- Develop and build trusted client relationships, proactively identifying organic growth opportunities.
- Manage resourcing and financial/budget responsibilities for multiple clients and teams.
- Supervise multiple project teams – Senior Managers, Managers, Associate Managers, Coordinators, Creative leads and Operation Managers – and determine resource allocations on an ongoing basis.
- Operate with a high degree of emotional intelligence, fostering growth of your team.

Qualifications
- 8–10 years of relevant experiential and/or sponsorship industry experience.
- Demonstrated poise and confident collaboration with senior executives.




- Forward‑thinking initiative to identify strategic opportunities and deliver results.
- Entrepreneurial self‑starter mentality capable of operating at a high level and driving decisions.
- Expertise with PowerPoint and/or other presentation software – ability to build creative, visually impactful slides.
- Robust ability to independently lead, mentor and develop a diverse, fast‑moving team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Quality‑oriented and highly committed;

effective with diverse group of team members.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Passion for sports and entertainment is a huge asset.
- Energetic, cooperative and pleasant personality.

Compensation

Base salary range: $105K – $120K CAD, plus bonus potential. The actual base salary is dependent on market dynamics, location, experience, specialized skills, level of responsibility, budgetary considerations and other factors. This salary range is one component of the total compensation package.

Hybrid Work Policy

Hybrid working environments are supported: 3 days per week in‑office.
