Piel Canela - Barranco is hiring a full-time Prep Cook. You'll handle prep lists, portioning, and mise en place that sets the whole kitchen up to run clean through service — a great way into our kitchen with a real path toward a line position.
- No professional kitchen experience required — we'll train the right person
- Organized, punctual, and valuable with basic knife work
- Comfortable on your feet during a full prep shift
- Available mornings/early shifts as needed
- Food handler's certification (or willing to obtain one)
