About the Role
We are looking for a caring, patient and dependable nanny to provide one-on-one care for our young child. Experience supporting autistic or neurodivergent children is preferred, but we are open to candidates with strong childcare experience who are compassionate, patient and eager to learn. We are open to either part-time or full-time care, depending on the candidate and availability. The role will include:
* Providing attentive, one-on-one care and supervision
* Following the child's routines and individual needs
* Engaging in child-led play and age-appropriate activities
* Playing outdoors in the backyard when appropriate
* Preparing and assisting with meals/snacks
* Feeding
* Diaper changes and other age-appropriate personal care
* Helping create a calm, protected and positive environment There is no expectation to take the child out of the home.



Most care will take place in the home, with opportunities for outdoor play in the backyard. A parent will be working from home during childcare hours and will be available as needed, while the nanny will be responsible for providing hands-on care during their scheduled hours.
