- $21.69 4 to 5 Shifts per week WHAT WILL I BE DOING? The purpose of this role is to provide lead daily operations to assist employees in working efficiently to uphold service standards, while creating exceptional guest experiences.
• Supports the execution of transparent service and performance expectations for the business unit.
• Adheres to Brand Standards; following station layouts, drink recipes, service standards, menu knowledge, training of employees.
• Maintains a positive working relationship with departments across the resort.
• Supports team members completion of daily tasks and performs such work as needed.
• Orders inventory required, adhering to the par levels provided by the Manager/Assistant Manager.




• Ensures tactical processes and standards are followed to support the achievement of the Strategic Plan.
• Ensures that daily expenses and labour schedules meet daily budget allocations. WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?
