• Seeking a Senior Training Specialist with 10+ years of adult training experience and at least 5 years of hands-on Audio-Visual (AV) and Video Conferencing technology experience.
• Robust technical knowledge of video conferencing hardware and software, including cameras, displays, microphones, audio amplification, AV input/output connectors, and touch panel controllers.
• Proven experience in training needs assessment, instructional design, training program development, delivery, and evaluation for diverse technology users.
• Expertise in creating interactive e-learning modules using Adobe Captivate, along with training manuals, user guides, presentations, and technical documentation.
• Ability to deliver scenario-based,



practical training through real-world use cases, both onsite and virtually, for individuals and groups.
• Strong skills in business analysis, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), test case development, and reviewing control system graphical user interfaces (GUI) against business requirements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts and ensure compliance with AODA accessibility requirements.
• Work Arrangement: 5 days onsite
