In this role, you will work closely with our sales team, providing administrative support and ensuring a smooth sales process. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining strong customer relationships and driving business growth. Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping.
• Assist in tracking and managing sales orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain and update customer databases, ensuring up-to-date contact information and sales records.
• Collaborate with the sales team to gather customer requirements and provide accurate product information.
• Liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve queries and provide excellent customer service.
• Follow company policies and procedures, especially in relation to sales processes.
• Maintain a professional and positive attitude, representing the company's values and culture. Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business, administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.




• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
