This full-time role reports directly to the Project Manager. Candidates should have at least 5 years of construction experience and familiarity with the construction process. Responsibilities include managing on-site trades, reviewing mechanical and structural drawings, and timely ordering of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain the project schedule and site organization
- Complete daily in office construction tasks
- Manage trades and their day-to-day activities
- Review architectural and mechanical drawings for accuracy
- Order necessary materials and equipment for production

Requirements:

- 5+ years of construction experience
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Knowledge of the Ontario Building Code
