Key Responsibilities:

- Lead by example in customer service and selling behaviors
- Provide real-time coaching and support to team members
- Train and onboard current staff effectively
- Motivate the team to achieve daily sales goals
- Coordinate tasks and manage store routines and breaks

Requirements:

- 1+ year of retail experience, ideally in apparel
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Availability for a minimum of 3 shifts per week
- Experience with POS systems and cash handling
