Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments on new and prospect businesses
- Collaborate effectively with brokers and internal departments
- Inspect residential properties and assess high-value finishes




- Advise stakeholders on loss mitigation and prevention solutions
- Assist underwriters with new business acquisitions and account retention

Requirements:

- Minimum 3 years in property risk assessment or loss prevention
- Robust customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
