Horizon Recruitment is recruiting for a high-potential Junior Accountant to join the Finance team of a Canadian fintech company operating across wealth management. This is an chance to build a strong accounting foundation in a public company environment while gaining hands-on experience across accounts payable, wealth accounting, and month-end close.
Working directly with the Controller and Finance Manager, you will learn how accounting decisions support financial reporting, business planning, and leadership decisions. You will take ownership of meaningful work from day one, with guidance from experienced CPA-designated professionals who are committed to your development.
The role is well suited to an aspiring accountant who wants to grow beyond routine transaction processing, pursue their CPA designation, and build a long-term career in finance.
