PURPOSE

Scotiabank ABM Delivery Services Team is looking for a Senior Operations Support team member to assist in providing maintenance and support functions for the ABM and CRU fleet across Canada.

- Provide a high standard of professional, courteous, efficient support that impact the department and ultimately the scope of service provided.
- Attend meetings accordingly (vendor management, operations, and stand-ups, etc.).
- Act as the issues/incident escalation point for the supplier that may have an enterprise-wide impact or not resolved at the business level.
- Verify and approve vendor invoices.
- Analysis, Reporting & Escalation of the fleet and Vendor Suggest: Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and procedures within and across departments.

Development, Reporting design and implementation)
- Coordinate Preventative Maintenance (PM) activities as per plan.
- IMAC ABM (Install, Move, Add, Change) coordination and planning o Incident Ticket, Email & Patching Management o Routine on-call response for backup (as needed).
- Occasional system health checks for backup (as needed).
- Assist with the implementation, monitoring, and review of existing and recent systems and procedural changes to ensure successful completion.
- Adaptability to conflicting/changing priorities and tight deadlines.
- Develop materials to effectively communicate or train supplier staff regarding tool enhancements, changes, or key issues, (e.g. training materials or presentations).
- Design, develop and direct the production of periodic and specialized reports as required.

- Knowledge in various ABM and CRU hardware.
