As the Senior Operations Associate, Biospecimens, you will manage complex, high-volume custom project feasibility workflows, partner with external suppliers, and enable data-driven decision-making to optimize supply chain performance. You will act as a key connector across Sales, Customer Support, Manufacturing, and external partners to enable comprehensive service delivery, ensure pricing competitiveness, and support critical operational processes. You will also leverage data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve visibility into complex
