The Role:

- As the Caterpillar Financial Sales Manager based in Ontario, you will lead the Eastern Canada Sales Team in driving business growth, strengthening dealer and customer relationships, and advancing strategic financing solutions. In this leadership role, you will partner closely with Caterpillar dealers and internal stakeholders to deliver tailored financial solutions that support customer needs, grow sales, and build long‑term customer loyalty across recent machines, parts, and services.

Responsibilities

- Deliver business plan sales and market share targets for company products and services within the assigned industry segment or market.
- Develop and execute sales, marketing, and merchandising plans to support business objectives and drive growth across Eastern Canada.
