Duties

- Estimate and quote prices, credits, warranties and delivery dates of product (including research of same)
- Process incoming requisitions and issue or distribute parts and supplies for internal/external usage (including part requisitions)
- Manage all local and vendor specific (part) purchase orders
- Store items in an orderly and accessible manner in the warehouse, supply room or other area
- Maintain records of orders and the amount, kind and location of parts and supplies on hand using manual and computerized SAGE inventory system
- Prepare and requisition orders to replenish parts and supplies
- Receive and sort incoming parts and supplies as requiredAdvise customers or internal users on appropriateness of parts, supplies or materials requested
