Key Responsibilities
• Oversee employee volunteering and giving initiatives through the Benevity platform
• Lead national campaign activations and disaster relief events
• Manage and vet partnerships, tracking deliverables and impact
• Drive sustainability workstreams focused on waste and emissions reduction
• Create dashboards and reports showcasing progress and strategic insights
Requirements:
• 5+ years in social impact or sustainability management
• Proven track record of program delivery and measurable results
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel proficiency
• Excellent communication skills for executive-level presentations
