Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a senior advisor on digital modernization efforts
• Lead the end-to-end Continuous Improvement lifecycle

• Develop and manage Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
• 10+ years in process improvement or IT service management
• 7+ years leading Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma and ITIL
