Part-Time Family Helper
- Cochrane Schedule: 1-2 weekdays per week, approximately 4-9 hours per day (minimum 8 hours/week). Days and times will vary, but your schedule will be provided well in advance so you can plan accordingly. Additional hours may be available for a motivated applicant. We're looking for a reliable, organized and friendly Family Helper to support our household 1-2 days per week. The primary focus of this role is household help. Most days will involve meal prep, housekeeping, tidying, laundry and folding to help keep our home running smoothly. There are certain days each month when both parents have work commitments we cannot miss, so we need reliable coverage in case one of our children needs to stay home from school or daycare due to illness or for another reason. We schedule this position on those days. When the kids are at school and daycare, you'll focus on household tasks; if one or both children need to stay home, the role transitions to childcare. Our children are ages 7 and 3 and are fun, kind and love to play.



Applicants must be willing and comfortable caring for a sick child who is unable to attend their regular school or childcare.
