Seeking a House Manager for a Busy Family in North Vancouver (Edgemont Village Area) We're a warm, busy family of four in North Vancouver looking for a capable, organized House Manager to help our home run smoothly. We have two school-aged kids (8 and 10), as two working parents, we need some help managing our home so we can prioritize quality time with our kids when we are off work. You'd be the person who keeps everything humming when we're not there.

About the Role
This is a house management role with some kid support built in. You'll take real ownership of our home, using your own judgment and building systems that make daily life easier, more organized and efficient. We're looking for someone who takes pride in a well-run home and can proactively identify what needs to be done and takes initiative to complete it. Responsibilities -Keep the home organized and tidy day to day, including resetting spaces after school and in the evening -Do laundry from start to finish: washing, folding, and putting away -Plan and prep meals and snacks for the family, and keep the kitchen stocked -Walk the dog -Handle family errands and tasks as needed (groceries, returns, pickups, and similar) -Coordinate with our cleaner and other service providers -Drive the kids to after-school activities on days we can't -Be present and engaged when the kids get home from school -Set up simple systems (routines, lists, schedules)



that make the household more efficient, and improve them over time What We're Looking For -Experience managing a household, or a background in childcare or home care -Reliable, punctual, and proactive. You see what needs doing without being asked -Solid organizational skills and attention to detail -Someone we can trust to make good decisions on our behalf -Valid driver's license with a clean driving record -CPR/First Aid certification -Criminal Record Check -Comfortable with kids and a dog (hypoallergenic) -Lives within a reasonable commute of North Vancouver Schedule -Ideally 1 or 2 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We're open to flexible hours for the right person. Additional hours may be needed on Pro D days, school breaks, and summer.
