About us
We're a family of three, about to be four, living in Inglewood. We have a toddler daughter and a baby arriving in late November. Home is the centre of our life. We believe kids learn best by being part of real life, not by being entertained on the side of it. Our daughter helps cook, tags along on errands, and plays outside in every kind of weather. It's slower and messier, and we think it's worth it. We also believe it takes a village to raise children, and we're looking for someone to become part of ours. Not a babysitter who fills the hours, but a steady, trusted adult our kids will grow up knowing. The role: Until the baby arrives: a nanny and household manager hybrid. You'll help us get the nursery ready, prep meals and stock the freezer, support our daughter's routines and daycare drop-offs or pickups, and keep the household humming. From late November: the focus shifts to primary newborn care while we find our feet as a family of four. Some days that will mean the baby and some times the toddler together. Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00am to 3:00pm. You might be our person if: You have real experience with newborns and toddlers,



and references we can speak to You'd rather hand a toddler a cloth and let her wipe the table than do it yourself in ten seconds You fold children into the day (cooking, laundry, errands, walks) instead of reaching for a screen You're calm and unhurried, even with a toddler underfoot and a baby on your shoulder You see what needs doing and do it, without being asked You're in it for the long run and want to really know the family you work with The practical bits: Valid driver's licence and clean driving record Current First Aid/CPR Clear police check with vulnerable sector screening Eligible to work in Canada

What we offer
