She is a very pleasant baby who gives lots of smiles, is a positive eater, and has established circadian rhythms. One parent works from home in a dedicated office space for two of the days. We have had experience with employing a post partum nanny as well as a night nanny on staff. We are now looking for someone with intuition in reading infant cues, household chores & organization,



as well as establishing routines & nap foundations. We value clear communication, mutual trust, and a calm, low-stress environment.
