I am looking for a fun, loving, and reliable full-time nanny to care for my 13-year-old daughter in a live-out role. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, energetic, patient, and able to become a positive part of our daily family life. My daughter is homeschooled, and has her own school teachers. So I am hoping to find someone who can provide attentive care, help with homework, and support her learning in a respectful and encouraging way. Experience working with older children is important, and preference will be given to someone who understands how to promote independence, build on strengths, and communicate well with both children and adults. The role includes a mix of childcare and household support. Responsibilities will include preparing meals for my daughter, cooking, light housekeeping, keeping the kitchen tidy, doing children's and family laundry, running errands and grocery shopping, helping with homework, organizing and planning events,



and following any special dietary rules when needed. Transportation for my daughter is also part of the role, so using your own car will be required. Only if you have a vehicle. This is a full-time position for one child, with a schedule of approximately 35 to 45 hours per week.
