Hello My name is Stéphanie and I'm looking for a reliable, detail-oriented and proactive person to help keep our busy family household running smoothly. We have three young boys (4, 2 and 7 months) and no pets. We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping a home clean and organized, but who also likes taking initiative and noticing what needs to be done rather than simply working from a checklist. Schedule: Approximately 6 hours per week to start, ideally 3 hours on two weekdays. You must be available to work sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. The days are adaptable, although Monday and Thursday would be our preference. Regular household responsibilities may include:
* Laundry
- washing, folding and putting away
* Dishes and kitchen cleanup
* Tidying and resetting the house after the morning rush
* Meal prep, such as washing and cutting fruit and vegetables
* Sweeping and mopping floors (we do have a robot vacuum, although it can occasionally be temperamental)
* Bathrooms and other deeper cleaning
* General household organization and upkeep Additional responsibilities as time and interest allow:
* Cleaning out the fridge, oven, etc.




* Organizing and decluttering cupboards, pantry, toys, electronics, and other areas
* Meal planning and cooking, if you enjoy it
* Errands and returns, if you have your own transportation
* Yard maintenance such as raking, leaf blowing, mowing and weeding, if you're interested
* Arranging or coordinating household maintenance when needed *Occasional babysitting, if interested We're not expecting one person to do all of these things every visit. Our priority is finding someone who can get to know our household, prioritize what needs to be done, and gradually take ownership of keeping things running smoothly. Rate will be dependent on experience and level of independence.
