We're a warm, engaged family in Toronto seeking an ECE-qualified, experienced nanny to join us in caring for our two bright, loving, funny children, ages 2 and 4. We're looking for someone who thrives working with young children especially-someone who finds joy in their innate curiosity, creativity, and intellectual and physical development.

About The Role
It's daily, full time/part time with versatile options. You'll lead the day-to-day with intention, excitement and warmth, creating a nurturing, playful environment where learning happens naturally-through outdoor exploration, imaginative play, art, reading, and nutritious foods. You'll also handle meal planning and prepping, light housekeeping. Qualifications &

Experience:
-Have been a full time nanny previously -Are ECE and CPR qualified -Have experience and prefer working with young children Who You Are: -A gentle, loving, people-person with lots of love to give -Have a passion for playing with children, getting on their level -Love spending time outside with children, regardless of the weather -Love participating in physical activities with children -Love reading with children -Love showing children what being curious about the world looks like -Love exploring art, imaginative play and child-based physical activities Your Approach To Care: -You lead with heart and energy, are genuinely open to hugs and smiles at the beginning of the day and throughout -Enjoy planning intentional and age appropriate activities, games that support children's development,



and can manage set up time/tear down time frames, with or without the kids -Can model healthy emotional intelligence for children: inter-personal relationships, communication styles, dressing appropriate for weather, etc. -Have confidence and experience to lead the day to day with intention and predictability, keeping kind but firm routines -Can encourage and accommodate young children as they develop their personalities and unique needs -Always considerate with food, nurturing minds and also bellies, with a variety of nutritious foods/snacks, exploring different food groups -Enjoy meal planning and prep, can get creative in the kitchen -Can keep the home tidy and calm, light housekeeping Practical: -Are looking to live out -Are a non-smoker and don't have dander pets at home (we have allergies to these things) Bonus: Can speak and read in French Why this role is great for you: Beautiful, harmonious, calm home in a neighbourhood that is family friendly.
