Position: Experienced Full-Time Housekeeper / Household Organizer / Household Manager We are seeking a professional, responsible, and experienced individual to support our household on a long-term, daily basis. This is not a one-time or casual role
- we are looking for someone who will be a consistent and reliable fit for our family. Our home is already very tidy and organized; we want it to feel fresh, clean, and welcoming every day. With busy careers and older children (adolescents and young adults), we need someone who can help maintain order, anticipate needs, and take initiative so that the household runs smoothly. We are looking for a person who not only excels in housekeeping, but also takes pride in their work, feels comfortable in a family home, and acts as a household manager, helping us keep everything balanced.
- Requirements (non-negotiable)
• Minimum 5 years of professional housekeeping/household support experience
• Legal status in Ontario with valid OHIP coverage
• Ability to pass a background check if requested
• Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
• References from previous employers
- Responsibilities
• Daily, detailed cleaning of all household areas
• Laundry, ironing, and maintaining organization systems
• Keeping closets, cabinets, and storage spaces functional




• Feeding and light clean-up for our dog (quiet, friendly, with a daily walker)
• Cleaning up after the dog when he returns from his walk
• Coordinating access for service providers/household maintenance
• Ensuring the house always feels tidy, fresh, and ready for use
• Acting as a household manager

• Hours: 30-40 per week
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM
- 2:30/3:30 PM
• Flexibility possible, as long as hours remain within 30-40 weekly
- Compensation
• $25/hour
