Our nanny is retiring after 14 years with us. Our kids are now 12 and 14. We need someone who is present in the house while we are at work and is happy acting as a housekeeper and house manager as well supporting the kids and meal prep. They are at school all day but one comes home for lunch and is home by 3pm. The schedule would typically be Monday to Thursday 7am to 6pm and Friday 8 to 1 pm with occasional flexibility required. We are opening to discussing split shifts one or two days per week. Our primary focus is finding a proactive, reliable and responsible person that we can count on to be there for our family. Someone who drives would be an asset. We are offering a competitive wage of $25.00 per hour and 4 weeks paid vacation (provided vacation time largely aligns with our vacation time).
