We are a family of seven living in Chambly, Quebec, with five children between the ages of 2 and 14. We are looking for a caring, reliable, and highly organized full-time Nanny & Family Assistant to become an important part of our family's daily life on a long-term basis. The position is approximately 30-35 hours per week and is primarily focused on helping with our two youngest children, ages 2 and 6. Beyond childcare, we are looking for someone who can also help us with the day-to-day organization and logistics of a busy family
- helping keep things organized, preparing straightforward meals, assisting with light household tasks related to the children, and generally helping our household run smoothly. We are looking for someone who is independent, proactive, organized, trustworthy, and caring
- someone who is comfortable taking initiative rather than simply waiting for instructions.



We hope to find someone who enjoys being part of a family environment and is interested in building a long-term relationship with us and our children. This is primarily a live-out position, although we would appreciate occasional overnight availability when we are away on business trips. This would be relatively infrequent and planned in advance. We are a bilingual French/English family, so being comfortable in either language is absolutely fine. Compensation is flexible and will depend on experience and the overall fit.
