We are a warm and loving Toronto family looking for a kind, caring and dependable nanny/family helper for our 5-year-old son. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely loves children, enjoys spending time with them and would like to become a trusted part of our family's routine. Our son attends French school, so we would love to find someone who speaks French and can interact with him in French. French is strongly preferred, but not required. The position is Monday to Friday from 2:30-5:30 p.m., for 15 hours per week at $25/hour. The afternoon would generally include some light household help before school pickup, followed by picking our son up from school and spending the afternoon with him. A few days a week, this will include accompanying him to activities such as piano or karate. Light household responsibilities would include:
* One load of laundry per day,



including folding
* Preparing school snacks for the next day
* Light dinner or meal preparation
* Light tidying of the kitchen and family areas This is not a heavy housekeeping position.
