Monassemblee recherche un intervenant social et communautaire pour fournir du soutien et du counseling aux clients du Centre. Vous évaluerez les besoins, aiderez à accéder aux services communautaires et travaillerez en collaboration avec une équipe pluridisciplinaire.

Le poste exige une maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, une approche centrée sur le client et l’autonomie. Mississauga/Brampton, poste permanent à 37,5h/semaine.
