Little Bird Cleaning | Calgary, AB | Part-time to start Who We're Looking For We're looking for an experienced residential cleaner to join us as we get Little Bird Cleaning off the ground. Ideally, you're someone who's been cleaning homes professionally for a while. You know which products work, you've developed your own methods, and you take pride in doing a thorough job. You probably have opinions about how things should be done. Maybe you've worked for companies where you felt things could be organized better, or where you wished you had more input into the products and equipment you used. We're looking for someone who would enjoy being involved in those decisions. You'll be our first cleaner, and we'll work together to establish our cleaning methods, choose our equipment, and develop the standards future team members will follow. The Opportunity Little Bird is just getting started. We don't have customers yet, so we'll begin with a few trial cleans for friends and family while we develop our methods and start building our customer base. We're offering 10 guaranteed paid hours per week to start, even if we don't have enough cleaning jobs to fill those hours. As we bring on customers, we'd like to increase your hours toward 20-30 per week, with opportunities for more responsibility as the company grows.
What We Offer
- $25 per hour, depending on experience.
- 10 guaranteed paid hours per week to start.
- Opportunity for more hours as we grow.
- A voice in choosing our cleaning products, equipment, and methods.
- Paid training, product testing, and planning.

- Paid travel time between customer homes. Requirements
- At least one year of skilled residential cleaning experience.
- Reliable access to a vehicle and a valid driver's licence, with the ability to drive independently between appointments in Calgary.
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Willing to provide references and complete a background check.
How to Apply
A résumé is welcome, but a short introduction about your cleaning experience is fine too. We'll start with a conversation.
