We are looking for a responsible, caring, and experienced nanny to care for our 11-month-old baby boy and provide household support beginning in September 2025 until February 2026, with the possibility of extension. This is a live-out position located in Beechwood Village, Ottawa, at a rate of $22 to $25 per hour based on experience. The schedule will be 35 to 40 hours a week, daytime hours, on Mondays to Thursdays, with occasional Fridays.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, nurturing care to our baby; maintain a safe and enriching environment for his wellbeing; engage in age-appropriate play, reading, and developmental activities without any screens
- Complete general housekeeping (e.g. dishes, laundry, vacuuming, tidying, etc.) & assist with meal prep for the family
- Light pet care for our two small dogs (Pomeranian-Chihuahua and Schipperke-Pomeranian mixes)

Requirements:
- Fluent in English; non-smoker; reliable, punctual, and qualified
- Previous experience caring for infants (two references required)




- Access to a personal vehicle for occasional outings (e.g. playgroups) or emergencies
- Must be current or willing to obtain prior to start date: CPR Level C with First Aid certification (infant/child care focused) Vulnerable sector criminal background check Bonus

Qualifications:
- Background or formal training in Early Childhood Education (ECE)
- Fluency in French (as we are a bilingual family) Additional Details:
