Key Responsibilities
• Manage customer billing processes for multiple entities
• Review and validate customer orders and delivery notes
• Perform transaction entry and coding in the ERP system
• Issue invoices via email or billing platforms
• Respond to billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies
Requirements:
• Vocational diploma or college diploma in accounting
• Minimum five years of experience in billing or accounting
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Detail-oriented with solid accounting principles
