We are looking for childcare 2-3 days per week during daytime hours, as well as occasional evenings. We're hoping to find someone who genuinely enjoys spending time with children, is comfortable caring for three children at once, and can help keep our home tidy during the day. We have three children under 5 years old, the two oldest will only be home some of the time.

Responsibilities:
-Provide attentive care for our children in a safe and fun setting -Engage the children in age-appropriate activities, including games, crafts, creative play, and other activities that encourage learning and development. -Be comfortable caring for all three children at times, as well as caring for just the baby at other times. -Maintain a clean and organized home by tidying up from children's meals and play -prepare meals and snacks for the children -clean and fold children's laundry during downtime

Requirements:
-Previous experience caring for three children at one time -Comfortable with dogs (we have 2 medium size)



-natural leader who can take initiative and be creative -Comfortable balancing childcare and light household responsibilities -Reliable transportation to and from our home is required as we live on an acreage. BONUS: Willingness to take on additional hours for deeper house cleaning services, if desired and mutually agreed upon. No childcare would be expected during housekeeping hours. Ideal schedule would be Tuesday and Thursday from 11-4. If housekeeping is being included, then dedicated housekeeping hours would be Wednesday afternoons for an additional 4-5 hours per week.
