Hi I'm looking for a reliable, caring, energetic, and responsible nanny for my 3-year-old daughter in Mississauga. I work 5 days a week, and I'm looking for someone who can pick her up from daycare at 5:00 PM and stay with her until I get home from work. Responsibilities include:
* Picking her up from daycare.
* Keeping her engaged with fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
* Planning creative activities, games, arts and crafts, and other activities that support her learning and development.
* Preparing simple, healthy meals and snacks for her.
* Giving her a bath when needed and helping with her daily routine.
* Light housekeeping, including tidying up toys, organizing her belongings, and keeping her play areas clean. The most important thing for me is finding someone who is active, patient, and genuinely enjoys spending time with children.



I want someone who will interact with my daughter, play with her, and keep her engaged rather than just supervise her. Flexibility is also very significant. On days when my daughter is sick and cannot attend daycare, I would need someone who is available to stay with her for the full day while I'm at work.
